We&#8217;ve been hiding these results for a long time, not because there&#8217;s anything to be ashamed of, but because it&#8217;s been a very busy spring. We had 27 customers respond to our survey. We are very grateful to them all! A big thank you to our respondents!      <strong>So what did they think?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fmj.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/pilt.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 631px) 100vw, 631px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fmj.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/pilt.png 631w, https:\/\/fmj.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/pilt-300x194.png 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"631\" height=\"408\">\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It all works by itself and doesn&#8217;t take me any time.<\/li>\n<li>Life is a flower<\/li>\n<li>Attitude matters. Know how, communication. <\/li>\n<li>All questions are always answered and problems solved<\/li>\n<li>I have quickly received answers to all our questions, which are probably unusual or non-standard.<\/li>\n<li>Asylist from<\/li>\n<li>Extremely pleasant<\/li>\n<li>Yes, it&#8217;s very easy to talk to Piret. She always helps and explains. <\/li>\n<li>I am fascinated that the accountant suggested how we can be more economical in what we are doing.<\/li>\n<li>All questions get a quick answer and problems solved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Very knowledgeable, has a great grasp of all Leader and PRIA issues, which is very important for us as the controls are proper. The financial information we submit to PRIA is extra praiseworthy. <\/li>\n<li>Always a phone call or email away, always available<\/li>\n<li>Very operational action<\/li>\n<li>I think everything is working very well and I can&#8217;t wish for more at the moment.<\/li>\n<li>Everything is implemented, I like the fact that I can send invoices via costpocet.<\/li>\n<li>Fast, concrete and highly professional.<\/li>\n<li>Very customer friendly and professional communication. Oriented towards innovation and customer retention. <\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m very happy with Tiina &#8211; she thinks and acts as if she were the head of the company, proactively offers good solutions and has never been late with anything. Super:) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Statistics too!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  96.3% of respondents are very satisfied with our services, 3.7% are satisfied. 96.3% of 100% of respondents think it is easy and pleasant to communicate with an accountant. 100% 100% of the respondents think that the accountant is professional, offers help and solutions, thinks along with them. 100% 96.3% of respondents say that the accountant is available and has time to deal with their issues, 3.7% or 1 respondent says that we are all busy with our own things at different times, so we have to be patient. 96.3% 100% of respondents would have the confidence to recommend our service 100%    <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We conducted a customer feedback survey in early spring to find out how we are doing.
